We are hosting Healing Touch Wednesday with Karyn Deibel @ the Cozy!! ✨❤️

For over 20 years  Karyn Deibel has studied and shared healing touch, somatic movement and non-violent communication,  and has developed skills to lead you and your body into deep relaxation, through gentle healing touch, suggestions for wellbeing and self -healing.   Sign up below to experience a gifted 45-minute experience at the COZY.  Suggested donation $25-$60 to share the cost of using the space is welcomed but not required.  No one will be turned away! 

By being centered in embodied silence we are also more adept and equipped to discern truth from fiction in this day and age of misinformation and distractions. Enjoy the somatic approach of healing touch for wellness, well-being and effective self-care. Availability on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
